When you upload your 3D model and it contains errors (related to fixing), our software will try to fix them automatically. In case the errors can't be fixed automatically, you can submit an offline price request (free of charge). We will take a look at your 3D model and if it contains minor flaws, we will make the necessary changes for you. After that, you'll receive a link where you can continue to order the model.
In a case of serious design issues, we will ask you to redesign/modify the 3D model and upload again. To make sure you'll get a perfect result, we recommend you to read how to make a 3D printable file.
