How Do I Update My Order?

Once an order has been placed, only the i.materialise Customer Service Team will be able to do updates.

Please contact us if you would like to:

  • Update files or change a selected material, color or finish. We will look into the status of your order and see if it is still possible to update the information. Please note that changes can only be made to materials or finishes of the same price range as ordered and paid for.

  • Update your shipping information. As long as your order hasn’t been prepared for shipment yet and the payment of the VAT (Value Added Tax) will not be altered, we can still update the information.

  • Update your shipping method after placing an order.
